Pleasure to stay here
We stayed 4 nights at this B&B and shared the guesthouse with my sister & her husband.
The hosts are a retired couple who will make your stay as nice and comfortable as they can. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large and clean. The shared bathroom is in between the bedrooms, both bedrooms have their own entrance and one has a fully equipped kitchen.
The location is rural with a huge garden and bordering on the Mastbos forest. We rented bicycles and rode into the city of Breda, it only takes about 30 minutes to get there.
Parking is by the house and very secure with your own opener for the gate. Thank you Henk & Marie Therese for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just to prevent misunderstandings for future guests...we always have just one party staying in the b&b so you never have to share the bathroom with strangers!

Five Star Stay
If you are looking for wonderful hosts, quiet surrounds, restful sleep, delightful breakfasts and nicely appointed accommodation that is spotlessly clean then book your stay at Timeout! Our stay in this gorgeous retreat just on the outskirts of Breda was the highlight of our 7 week European trip. The owners, Marie-Therese and Henk, are warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home without intrusion. The location is perfect for exploring many parts of The Netherlands and just a few minutes drive from Breda. The apartment is elegant, very roomy and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen for self catering. A beautiful and varied breakfast was delivered to our apartment every morning, Marie-Therese going out of her way to cater for my gluten-free diet. The Dutch treats were thoughtful too and brought back fond childhood memories for my husband. Marie-Therese and Henk were very helpful with where to go and what to see which enhanced our journey. During our stay my husband met some Dutch relatives for the first time and because Marie-Therese and Henk were so enthusiastic to hear all about our meetings, it was lovely to share our experience with them. Timeout is the only place to stay when visiting Breda and thank you so much Marie-Therese and Henk, see you next time!

Best accommodation in Breda
Time out is a temporary home, with courtegious and helpful hosts, Mrs. & Mr. Hogewerff.
The accommodation with its tasteful decoration is cozy, clean and invites to enjoy the calm atmosphere in the big and green garden. Nothing is missing.
The breakfast is outstanding and rich!
We warmly recommend TimeOut and are looking forward to the next visit!

A lovely night and scrumptious breakfast
Arriving at this delightful rural BnB we were taken through a pretty garden to the apartment.
It was huge with every comfort from free wifi, DVDs in lots of languages, big well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.
A delicious breakfast served in the apartment really started our day off right.
Only problem too little time to enjoy the ambiance and the area.

A beautifully maintained quiet retreat with delicious breakfasts
We stayed at the lovely retreat of Marie-Therese and Henk for 7 nights, and have nothing but wonderful memories from our time there. The property is lovely - the grounds are beautifully maintained and are very peaceful. It is situated amongst farms so it is very quiet, and we awoke every morning to the sound of birds chirping. Our daughter had a wonderful time visiting the chickens on the property.
The home itself is furnished in an elegant way and has all the amenities you could ask for - fully furnished kitchen, wifi, sitting room, etc. The beds are very comfortable, and the place is immaculately maintained each day. We really appreciated how clean the home was.
We were served a different, creative, delicious breakfast each morning, and each day there was some new special touch with lovely table linens and fresh flowers from the garden. Marie Therese and Henk were so accommodating to us. We brought along our year-old daughter, and they provided a crib and a high chair for us. They were so responsive to all of our requests, and are lovely people to boot.
We loved our peaceful stay at Timeout and look forward to staying there again when we are in Breda!
