Europarcs Brunssummerheide, Heidelodge 4, no. 226

very nice mini holiday spent on this beautifully landscaped park. Perfect location for trips to Maastricht, Aachen or walking on the adjacent Brunssumerheide. Good food in the park restaurant, friendly staff (also from the park) and not to mention a super nice accommodation overlooking the water. (Heidelodge 4, house no.226) Cottage very complete, induction cooking, oven and dishwasher, cozy furnished with nice sofa and fireplace, especially in the colder months also nice that there is also underfloor heating, good bed, in short great place!

Just a few days away in a different environment creates more frustration than staying at home. totally not customer-oriented

Booking went through other organization and on arrival (after all check calls) it appeared that the assigned cottage was not for the dog
In the end, he was allowed to come
First night terrible stench from the drain
Immediately reported but meanwhile 4 days later and nothing solved
If you're not interested in hosting guests go find another job

Moderate park with poor management

Moderate park with extremely simple accommodations. Lots of workmen staying there for a long time. S-night a lot of noise and an administrator who does nothing about it. Certainly not a sequel for me.

Great starting place for excursions in the area

With children and grandchildren we rent three cottages close to each other, in the middle of the park. As a former southerner we know the Eastern Mining Region well and the Brunssummerheide has nostalgic value for us. Our cottages are fine but dated. It is therefore a place to sleep to look for entertainment elsewhere from there. Facilities at the park are very limited. In bad weather there is nothing indoors to experience, in hot weather you miss the air conditioning node. We know much better Europarcs, but if there is an offer in terms of price, it is a nice place to serve as home base for excursions in South Limburg.

Beautiful park, very poorly maintained and filthy cottages

A nice park, cottages look nice but they are very poorly maintained and are downright dirty.
The shower is black with mold (which they partly cleaned after a report, the glass was not cleanable).
On the lamp above the dining table, the sockets etc.. there are thick layers of fabric on it.
The radiator in the living room is too dirty to look at.
The pans, mugs and glassware... the remains were still in there.
Of the lighting 1/3 does not light, the nice fireplace with remote control (batteries empty).
Most of the curtains hang loose from the rail , I hung them myself.
The dishwasher door hangs loose , they have “partially” reattached it after a report.
The freezer is full of ice and there's a drawer missing, there's also a drawer I've already broken.
The toilet seat was broken, this one was fixed instantly.
The ceiling in one of the bedroom comes down put..
Fortunately, the environment makes up for a lot and we didn't let it hurt us.
Cleaned the necessary things myself so that it was a bit more livable.
Very unfortunate, it can be a really nice park. No more Europarcs for us.
