We will be back!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. We're treated like our own family. Clean, well equipped apartment. Quiet location. Few meters to the beach. Perfect security system when garage driveway and apartments. We'll be back. Pre-booked next year.

Es bedeutet uns sehr viel, dass Sie sich bei uns wie in der eigenen Familie gefühlt haben. Genau das ist unser Ziel! Schön, dass Ihnen die Wohnung, die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand so gut gefallen haben.

Relaxing holiday

Highly recommended, perfect location, just a few meters and you are right on the extensive beach. Our apartment was very well decorated, very clean and nothing was missing. Car and bicycle parking in the underground garage.

Well, it's much better.

There were 3 different directions for the property. The last description really led to the goal.
There were silverfish in almost every room. The railing to the 2. Stock came off the wall. Generally no loving decor.

Incredibly rude staff and dirty apartment

First of all: The owner of the external caretaker company, who knows the owner of the apartment, helped us!
The staff at the Duinhof complex are nothing but rude, snotty and anything but helpful - they don't even try...
It is thanks to the friendliness of the external caretaker (Frank, you are the BEST!) and his influence alone that the owner personally looked at the main problem in his apartment - the completely stained couch. What's more, he apologized and brought us a small gift.
The staff in the office, who ACTUALLY have the job of dealing with the concerns of the holiday apartment tenants, prefer to do NOTHING AT ALL and keep the paying guests off their backs with unbelievable rudeness. The apartment is apparently only cleaned very superficially, and known problems such as the dirty couch are concealed with dirty cushions and pithy sayings.
As a paying guest, you feel like you're being fooled and ripped off.
As I said, it was ONLY thanks to the efforts of a non-employee that we didn't leave the next day. The management of the Duinhof complex should perhaps train the staff...
We would not recommend it!

Best spot in Cadzand

we’ve been coming for ten years now, at least twice a year and were never disappointed. You can chose a small appartment at a small price or go all in. Duinhof acquired appartments with seaview and it’s worth every penny. Because the weather there is changing. You don’t spend 12 hours at the beach with a very cold wind or if it’s raining. With kids it’s a pleasure to be inside watching the sea&ships&wildlife. The sunsets are breathtaking. Foodoptions are great. Bakery&spar around the corner. The staff is kind. The appartments thoughtful. We will keep coming here :). We can’t wait to try Duinhof Noord coming up !
