History, warmth and conviviality

Pentecost weekend with friends at the Admiral. What a beautiful, special location. You enter the vaults of the fort and further on it is a modern, sleek space. The upstairs bedrooms are beautiful, the downstairs bedroom is dark, no ventilation option. All equipped with nice linens, towels were ready. The bathroom is at eye level of ground level with wild flowers, so special. The kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, Nespresso, dishwasher. The hot tub was delicious. Beautifully situated in the green. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dusss, had a warm top weekend, definitely recommended!

not customer friendly

Just a cup of coffee with apple pie. We had only just finished it and then we were already asked if we wanted to drink something else, in other words if not then please leave. While there were plenty of tables empty Bit strange

Bad food and drink

We came to lunch, menu not special, we order omelette ham / cheese and sandwich croquette with ice tea green, all this took far too long, then comes the food is the omelette without ham / cheese , croquette not warm enough and the ice tea was not an idea tea green this was very dirty, also the staff was inexperienced, 1 word never eat here again

Very unique location - so much space
Bit challenging if you come in late on mondays and tuesdays, but nothing a quick phonecall couldnt fix.....
Would def recommend this place and stay again.
