Nice and close, but tourists!

Excellent distance to downtown. Parking garage very close to (20 euros per day). Nice out of sight over town if you have the right room. Great bath (room). Breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of quality and choice. But that's personal. However, there is a chance of buses with tourists (in the hotel).

Price quality really not good, breakfast nothing special price that you can expect something, parking 20 euros per day.,staff incompetent if you ask what they know nothing about.

Bang on Average

This place is fine. Ok rooms, ok decor, breakfast is ok. But its a bit soulless, its located on the edge of town, and it feels a bit cold - with a theme of music that doesn't bring much beyond some music notes on the walls. It's not cheap enough to merit a budget option - so next time I'd say somewhere a bit nicer.

Excellent hotel, within walking distance of Delft city center. Good beds, clean rooms. Friendly staff, friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Located within walking distance of center Delft.
Very friendly and helpful staff. No noise pollution. Nice spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. This hotel is highly recommended if you want to visit Delft.

Hartelijk dank voor uw review. Wat fijn om te lezen dat u zo heeft genoten van uw verblijf, onze schone en ruime kamers, het vriendelijke personeel en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Ook geweldig dat de rustige ligging en de korte wandeling naar het centrum zo goed zijn bevallen.
We waarderen uw aanbeveling enorm en hopen u graag opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen bij een volgend bezoek aan Delft!

Awesome staff and hotel

Rented the family room - it was huge! More than enough space for a family of 4. It had 3 beds, a desk area, and a sitting area with a small table where we could hang out at then end of the day. The hotel is close to the train station and a short walk from all the sites in Delft. The staff is amazing! After midnight one night I managed to blow the breaker in our room so we had no power. I went down to the front desk and the young lady there went to the electrical room to try and fix it, then ended up calling a coworker from the maintenance staff and woke him up so he could walk her through the solution! I felt so bad that she woke him up because I was an idiot and tripped the breaker! But that’s staff that goes above and beyond what’s expected and that’s what we got from all the staff during our stay - very friendly and very helpful with all our questions. And they rent bikes for cheap! My wife and I rented bikes for an hour for a few Euros and pretended to be locals riding through the town! It was a highlight of our trip to Europe. In short, beautiful city, beautiful hotel and amazing staff!!
