insufficient

The trash can in the room was still full! There was a coffee and tea service but there were no tea bags. The staff was too young and uninformative.
We also ate in the restaurant, lots of money for little quality. Breakfast was okay sober but okay.

That was very disappointing...

Nice hotel that is structurally funny, we had an "indoor" room with 1 window view in the hallway and doors to old dilapidated roof of 2 x 3 meters with dangerous situation so you do not go outside. Room was neatly clean, smartly decorated and lovely spacious bathroom with rain shower. Unfortunately dinner was lousy. Without consultation we got surprise menu and because we had paid in advance we could not eat from the menu. Beforehand simple and small cup of onion soup, Schnitzel who seemed to have been swimming in dishwater and partly undercooked. Dessert we were ok.
Breakfast very brief and bake rolls not done at all.
Coffee machine was broken but staff could not do anything about it, which was neatly solved by the fact that service quickly went home to make coffee (tribute!)
Staff very friendly but not recommended to eat here.
For almost €260.00 not quite in proportion.

disappointing

Is not a real Boutique hotel, although the name seems to indicate that.
Definitely not a 4-star hotel.
price/quality ratio is incorrect.
Rooms were damp/stale.
on a room sewage smell.
Another room very noisy with an old interior
no hooks to hang your towel to dry.

Disappointment

The location is very good. The room could be accessed via a very pretty courtyard. Unfortunately, the room smelled muddy and damp. The linen was clammy. The plaster crumbled from the wall. The room could not be sufficiently darkened because in front of the room a very bright lamp shone all night. Twice we tried to contact the management. Unfortunately, there was no feedback from there.

Deeply disappointed

Way below the standard for four stars. Unfriendly staff decrepit building sewage smell at all rooms party and therefore a lot of noise until 12 o'clock. Photos cheat too expensive for what you get
