Great hotel with good location
My review is based on having spent 1 night in a standard double room.
The price-quality, as is usually the case with a hotel in this chain, is just fine. The room was spacious enough for 1 night and was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar and an individual adjustable air conditioning.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Both the bathroom and the room were clean and everything looked well cared for. It was also nice that the windows can open and that, even then, you do not suffer from traffic noise.
The beds I found, but that is a matter of personal preference, far too soft. I'm used to sleeping on a hard mattress. The pillow was, for my taste, also far too thin, but despite those comments I still got around to getting enough sleep.
The staff I had to deal with at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. The same can be said about the staff at breakfast.
There too I would do some things differently, but overall the quality of the breakfast was also fine.
If I go back, I would sometimes book a comfort room, to experience if there is a difference in beds, because the quality of that was the only real flaw.

Clean, whacky and erm?!
Lovely clean hotel. Quirky. Really enjoyed our stay, me and the teen.
The food is awful, gloopy gravy for me, worse for my vegetarian daughter... food inedible. Very slow service. But the staff are lovely as was the atmosphere. Go figure!
We loved our stay in a beautiful clean room, hated the food, loved the warm welcome, detested that my son really struggled to get up to the entrance in his wheelchair, loved the drink prices.... The contrasts were massive.

Food not good
Room was fine but dinner I didn't like. Not tasty, meat with tendons, for breakfast strawberries far from fresh

Very mediocre and dated
We often stay in Falcon hotels but this one is very dated. The room was old and dusty. The beds are good but the rooms could be renewed especially for the prices these days but well I can still step over that. However, the breakfast is outrageous, especially for the price of 19.50 this really can not be.
It was Easter. No Easter bread or currant bread. Make your own egg. Standard rubbish. It's too bad. Skip this one from now on!
