Can’t fault it
Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to town centre. Stayed here to visit family and couldn’t fault it. Breakfast and diner was brilliant. We will definitely back next time.

Cash stolen from our room
I never expected that my first trip to the Netherlands would end like this.
While we were away at a music festival, someone entered our room and all of the cash from my wallet disappeared. After the hotel’s internal investigation, I was informed that someone had indeed entered our room while we were out. However, the hotel refused to tell me who entered, when it happened, or provide any meaningful explanation. They also declined to accept responsibility for what happened.
To make matters worse, the safe in the room was not functioning properly—it kept beeping electronically and could not be closed at all. Additionally, our key cards had to be reprogrammed every single day because they constantly stopped working, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and concerning.
I understand that hotels cannot always prevent every crime, but I do expect guests’ security to be taken seriously. Finding out that someone accessed my room and then being left without answers or any compensation is simply unacceptable.
As an international tourist staying at a Holiday Inn, I expected a much higher standard of security and customer care. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were acknowledged but ultimately dismissed.
I strongly recommend that anyone staying here avoids leaving valuables or cash in their room, regardless of whether they believe them to be secure.
This experience completely ruined what should have been an unforgettable trip to the Netherlands.

Housekeeping staff are not well trained. Washrooms was dirty and was not cleaned properly even after asking. Floors were sticky. Toilet seat is broken and they didn’t change even after notifying them.

Lovely city centre hotel.
The hotel is in a perfect city center location. Walkable distance to Philips stadium, etc. The rooms were large. Breakfast had good variety. The staff were very lovely and helpfull. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus.

We just completed our 5 day stay and all i can say - we booked a standard room. Same as all our friends. Turns out we got a room without a fridge(?) also, the shower pressure is barely existing so it took me forever to wash my hair. Other than that the service was very welcoming and nice to us throughout the whole stay. Breakfast for 23 euro... Well could be a bit better but there's a somehow okay choice. We ate there twice and decided to eat breakfast elsewhere later.
