Nice hotel in a great location

This was our base for trips to Utrecht and the Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. We booked this with Newmarket Holidays, which included coach transfers to/from each destination. This was a lovely hotel and the location was perfect. It was just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Eindhoven where there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our room's air conditioning on the first night. The receptionist on duty brought me a large fan and the air conditioning was sorted early the next day.
There was a large games room, where you can play pool, fussball, air hockey, and table tennis.
They have a nice large breakfast buffet, which was included with our stay.

Helpful and kind staff, nice swimming pool for kids (and decent to swim in for adults, around 10 m long and 1,5 m deep), nice game room, nice beds, breakfast was solid

Great Place to stay in Eindhoven

we have stayed at this hotel for the last 20 years for our trip from England to Eindhoven with our friendship group - The hotel and the Staff are wonderful

Debris on the balcony, holes in the walls and ceiling. Staff indifferent to complaints. To be avoided

Like home.

We always return gladly because the hospitality and kindness of the staff make us feel at home. This time I would like to mention Emilia at the front desk (with her, there are no translation problems) and the very kind Larissa, who, even without speaking Italian (and with our poor English), goes above and beyond to accommodate you. At breakfast, Susanne is truly wonderful. What can I say... we will definitely return. Once again.
