Perfect

This hotel was very nice. We had a wedding so we searched for a good hotel in the neighbourhood. Good price/qualitiy. The rooms were good. Breakfast was also good. We slept nice on the beds. They were very friendly.

What a find

Lovely little boutique hotel, tucked away on a quiet street. Lovely individual room. Great bathroom and shower.
Ate in Le Boomerang restaurant which is part of the same building. The food was superb. Very very good. Lovely ambience too. Had a South African feel to it.
Breakfast was 10/10 too. Simply could not fault it.
And to top it all off, the staff were lovely.
I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Nice little boutique style hotel and restaurant

Stayed for two nights on business recently. Room was very clean so we're the other public spaces. I did not manage to use the pool or sauna but it looked inviting. I had an evening meal in the restaurant which was very enjoyable with a good selection of beers, wines and food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

I would stay here again

If you aren't looking closely for it, you can miss it. it is on a resedential street and you will need to look closely for the small sign, then pull in the driveway and walk into the restaurant to check in. Here's the important stuff: good shower, big flat screen TV, small beds, small rooms, the hotel has great European/Dutch charm. Small parking area. Complimentary WiFi. The on site restaurant has electronic iPad-like menu's where you can order by picture and instantly submit it to the kitchen or bar. Food was very good. The hotel/restaurant staff was as nice as they could have possibly been. I arrived late, and they had left a note on the door welcoming me, then immediately showed up to present my room key. This is not a major hotel. It is a very small boutique hotel, but a very comfortable one with regular guests who stay here often. Guests come back again & again, because the staff treats you like family.

A great escape with no worries!

I have stayed at the Hotel Buxus on a few business trips over the past four months and find it an excellant place to stay!
The Buxus is a great place to rest and feel secure and comfortable away from the pressures of life while also being able to enjoy lifes pleasures and solitude!
It is a small and quaint hotel, well managed in a traditional family style. The same can be said for it's fantastic resturaunt "The Boomerang"! The last thing I expected was to find was such a diverse menu with plentiful and delisious meals with such a flare for presentation!
The combination of this hotel and fine dining room, along with its fine staff giving wonderful attention to detail, makes this a great venue for any weary traveler.
