A short holiday in Harlem Holland

The hotel is located in a super central location.The suite is very spacious and pleasant.The hotel staff is friendly and service is amazing.There are snacks at the entrance and on every floor.

An outstanding stay

Absolutely WONDERFUL hotel with outstanding employees. We stayed in an incredibly comfortable suite. The people who work at the hotel really did their utmost to take good care of us. The location is wonderful in the beautiful old part of Haarlem. The minibar is included, as well as snacks in the hall outside the room. The breakfast was very good, but it would have been even better if it included coffee. If I should say something else that was not perfect, I would mention that the sauna did not work properly, or at least it did not get hot. But these are small things that did not make our wonderful stay any less amazing.

Excellent service, everyone was so polite and welcoming. The location was amazing, best restaurants and shopping within 50 metres. The welcoming drinks at the bar were a great gesture from the hotel.

Top experience in the center of Haarlem!

What a fantastic room, especially after we also got the upgrade to a great room. We enjoyed the sauna, the jacuzzi, the rain shower and the lovely bed. And that in a beautiful city! Worth going to Haarlem and then choose Brasss Hotel Suites, right in the center and everything within walking distance; ideal!
