B&B The project is a hidden gem!

My son and I stayed in an extension to the main building for 2 nights. The accommodation was great, it had everything we needed and even had all toiletries available just in case we’d forgotten to take them.
The breakfast was fantastic with a continental breakfast accompanied by scrambled eggs and bacon, orange juice and coffee.
Our host Marko was a lovely chap and very welcoming and helpful. The B&B is only a short 10 minute walk from Heerlen train station and town centre.
The area is very clean and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here

snow during our stay

We had a great time at the b&b project! The room was super and we could enjoy a cup of tea when we arrived (kettle in the room). It started to snow and the owner sprinkled on the terrace because it became very slippery, nice! The breakfast was also super and delicious! Thanks! See you next time!

Fantastic

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at B&B The Project. A very nice and cozy room in a house with a lot of history. The breakfast was delicious. A good base to explore Heerlen and the beautiful mining region. Hennie and Marco are very welcoming and have made us very comfortable. Everything felt like we were home.

Nice b&b near train station.

Nice spacious room. Great base to explore the region by public transport. Good breakfast and clean b&b. Cozy reception. Car on private parking behind a fence. Drielanden train offers many opportunities to go into the area such as Aachen, Maastricht and Liège.
