Hard to consider it a hotel
Structure in the center, but that has numerous flaws. No reception, no television, only two shower towels, no breakfast, no daily cleaning of the room; all at a price too high when compared to what the structure offers. Would not recommend it.

Should be Airbnb. Not a hotel
We reserved the largest deluxe room for three nights with booking dot com. The center square location is only comfortable on bikes which we arrived. There is no close street parking and a distance for parking garage. They are a no service self checkin six room unit. The locks we malfunctioning and we were locked out. They had to come from the restaurant to open the door and could not reprogram them. I believe they gave us the master code which was unsettling.
Management of the building is not on site but from a restaurant near by and not adjacent. It is not a hotel whatever. No bike storage and no breakfast.
They had only two towels and no hand soap, towels or washing cloths. 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for two guests and three nights.
No room refresh, clean cups or coffee refills. We had to go down the way to get these items. We had to leave a day early and requested the change prior to arrival. They we not understanding and just directed us back as a third party client to bookings. They also never reached back to us either which was not normal.
For €465 this was not a value for the price. There’s two people attempting to offer accommodations but it looks like the main focus is the restaurant. We would not come again.

Should not be called a hotel. House milker is better worded. Nothing in the room, no staff. In case of fire, no way out. Nothing no facilities, no TV nothing nada. And that for a nice price of 130 a night, they think. Because yes, you are only 19 km from the berlage fair. To vulture.
