Very nice and neat B&B.

Nice and clean B&B. Very welcoming host, can tell very cozy about the area.
Nice base for a bike ride or another outing.
Good beds, stocked fridge and a lovely seat outside on the water in a very quiet area.

What a lovely b and b with a great host and hostess and the super sweet senna.
What a wonderful holiday we had here. Such lovely people, super breakfast and lovely surroundings. We will definitely be back. We have enjoyed

Unprofessional

We made a reservation using booking.com. It was foreseen that the reservation can be cancelled until a couple of days before the stay (July 2019) which usually leads to a higher rate. After the reservation was made, the hotel contacted me and asked for payment of EUR 20 which was not refundable in order to keep the booking. I told them that I will ask Booking.com first whether I have to make this payment as it is clearly not in line with the conditions indicated on booking.com. The hotel then let me know that if I do not make the payment, I am not welcomed (it is a translation of the words they used). I reacted by cancelling the reservation. I am btw a very frequent traveller and never experienced behaviour like this before. From my point of view this is extremely unprofessional and I will never consider this place again.

Übelste diffamierende Beschimpfung und das gebuchte DZ seitens des Inhabers von B&B Zazza einen Tag später wieder storniert

Eigentlich wollten mein Kumpel und ich bei unserer Rundreise gerne einen Zwischenstopp bei B&B Zazza einlegen.
Doch dazu kam es erst überhaupt nicht, weil der Inhaber der Unterkunft unsere feste Buchung nur einen Tag später einfach wieder storniert hat.
Der Grund:
Der Inhaber hatte meinen Kumpel telefonisch nicht erreichen können.
Da er sich tagsüber auf einer Rundreise befand - nur am Steuer saß, kein Handyvertrag hatte, und abends evt. gutes Internet hatte, war das halt auch schwierig.
Da der Inhaber der Unterkunft meinem Kumpel die Telefon Nr. schriftlich mitgeteilt hatte, und keinen Anschluß bekam - hätte er ja auch dann die Info einfach einmal kurz schreiben können.
Als mein Kumpel den Inhaber bad, er wollte gerne nur schriftlichen Kontakt haben, wurde er noch als arrogantes A.....h betittelt.

Prima verblijfplek

In een klein dorpje -met Leeuwarden, Sneek en Joure niet ver weg- een prima b&b, in juni van dit jaar verbouwd. Wij hadden de tweepersoonskamer met kitchenette. Behalve een eethoekje en twee bedden, ook twee makkelijke stoelen: heerlijk.
Drankjes in koelkast, tegen betaling.
Vriendelijk eigenaren, weten veel van de omgeving.
Ontbijt prima.
