I came by train, requiring an unexpected 2 km walk along a road before arriving at the hotel.

Setback

I was always very impressed with Ekamper. You can dine there deliciously and extensively. However, I have a less good feeling about it since staying in the honeymoon suite. The room is nice, clean and tidy but a honeymoon suite I really wouldn't call it. Not to mention the breakfast you get. When we wanted to have breakfast at 930 there were a few slices of white bread and some white balls. There was a choice of cheese, salami and ham. We ran out of yogurt and only buttermilk was available. The apples that were there were already a lot of bad spots. For the price you pay for it and the expectations we have from the rest of our good experiences with Ekamper, this was quite a setback.

Simple hotel with good restaurant

The hotel was booked as part of a cycling trip. Among other things, it houses numerous workers from the nearby port. The wheels could be safely accommodated.
The rooms are simple but clean and quiet. Positive to note is the friendly service, even at the reception, and the excellent dinner.

Functional hotel

This is a hotel targeting people who work in the nearby port. The rooms are rather basic, but they are clean and very quiet. You can have a dinner and a beer in the restaurant/bar. Breakfast is ok but nothing to get exited about. Friendly staff.
