I had a room at the back on the second floor and it was small but nicely decorated with a good bed. Friendly staff and top location!

Disaster

FILTHY.
This is not a case of the room simply not having been cleaned properly on one occasion. It's a structural issue. The condition of the room clearly shows that no real maintenance is ever being carried out.
I contacted the hotel directly as well, but they gave me the standard response: that they are sorry and will do their best to improve. You have mouldy walls in your rooms, don't tell me you're not aware of that!
On top of that, they inflate their prices on Booking, while the rates on their own website are much lower (200 eurs cheaper per night). An interesting way of doing business.

Sick

Itchy red spots according to my dokter they are called bedwantsen wich means there are bugs in the beds i informed the hotel about this. I called the lady 17:48 22 may she told me she will not help me, watch out if u sleep here u will catch a sickness and they will not compensate please inform hygiene service of the netherlands!

Bad hotel bad service

Room is full of mold very small room above coffee shop window at the sidewalk you can't open a curtain because then you're in the eye. Have forgotten clothes in the bathroom they pretend it was never found and promise to call back but they don't! Flooring was soaking wet we didn't want to know why. To only want to use a bed after going out fine and then not think about mold and wet floors.

Terrible stuff terminal hotel

Hotel entrance is terrible as well as the stuff. The door was locked and the reception wasn’t exist. I waited five minutes he doesn’t even apologize
I had never refundable reservation from the Priceline. I explained my situation and they refund my money. This is the verse I ever.
