Feeling good is hot

The reception was very friendly and appreciative.
There was more than enough parking.
I had a room on two floors. Toilet and bathroom below. Sleeping area upstairs.
The breakfast was perfect. Additional egg dishes could be ordered.
Great hotel with friendly staff and good service

Lovely hotel although there was a lot of work going on around it, and we struggled to find the car park entrance as a result.
Only other issue was that we had coffee pods in the room but no machine to use them in.

Breakfast disappointing

A great hotel in itself, nice beds. Nice rooms with high ceiling. Just couldn't look out the window.
Have arrived in the evening, road was broken open. So through the side entrance. Have eaten a smashburger very nice but waited an hour, something went wrong with the ordering system. I got an apology and two bottles of Coke for free. In the dining area it is very cold. In the morning breakfast, this was very disappointing, cold egg, pancakes and pancakes. Everything was cold.
The coffee machine was broken so only coffee or hot water was available.
Bit of a shame this

My stay was 4 nights. In that time my room was serviced once. Fridge froze the salad I put in it. I had to take the container to reception because the room had not been cleaned. Towels exchanged once!!
Water was not replaced. Room was not freshened until I went to the front desk. Cost..$1066. And no breakfast included although advertising said there was breakfast. I would not stay at a Garden Hilton Hotel again. My experience in Amsterdam for nearly $500 again with no breakfast very disappointing.
My stay at Ibis Hotel, much cheaper and with breakfast included!! Lynda. Ontario Canada.
