Have a great stay!!
It was a nice apartment, clean and tidy. The shower spray was not too soft, the beds were soft and good, there was a fan present which is nice with the heat and even an extension cable. Got 3 lesser points I missed the 1 pad holder of the Senseo, there were of the cups of plates etc but 3 pcs present so you are constantly washing dishes and the parking lot of the hotel where you can park was still a long walk. Furthermore, it was a top stay!!

Simply disgusting!!!!!
Absolutely disappointing and hygienically a complete disaster.
Even from the outside, the building looked extremely run-down. Everywhere there were alcohol bottles, trash, and shards of glass scattered about – more like a dump than a guest accommodation. The curtains outside were torn, everything appeared unkempt and neglected.
Unfortunately, it got even worse on the inside. The carpet was full of stains and so dirty that one would not want to walk there barefoot or in socks. The sofa was completely filthy and stained, the curtains had red spots, and even the cord from the hairdryer was sticky and dirty. Cockroaches and other insects were running around in the kitchen. The entire accommodation smelled musty and unpleasant. The balcony and chairs were completely dirty as well.
The apartment is in a condition that urgently needs renovation and restoration. This was absolutely unacceptable for us. We did not sleep a single night there and left that very evening because we were truly afraid of catching something there.
What is particularly frightening is that many other reviews already describe exactly the same conditions – obviously, nothing has changed despite that.
It is absolutely incomprehensible to us how such accommodation can still be rented out at all. This is truly beneath the belt and not worth 20 euros per night. Definitely no recommendation.

Improve points.
Was at the hotel looking for where to sign in. Wasn't clearly indicated. A nice apartment. Close to center. Could use an update. Was a broken plate in the cupboard. Shame the terrace is not better maintained. Stood a lot of weeds and looked neglected.

After quite a walk and climb finally received the key at reception of the hotel. Refrigerator not clean door freezer piece, bathroom and bed okay. Flooring rancid. Slippers recommended. Pay attention no air conditioning but fan

We had deliberately booked a maisonette for two nights because of the two floors. That gave us the opportunity to organize our stay flexibly: one person could rest in the bedroom while the other could read, work or watch TV downstairs without disturbing each other.
About a week before arrival we were informed that our apartment was unavailable due to a leak. We fully understand that. Unfortunately, the offered replacement apartment was not an equivalent alternative.
Instead of a spacious maisonette we got a basement apartment with hardly any daylight. The apartment was very noisy, so the privacy and tranquility for which we had just booked a maisonette completely disappeared. In addition, the fan did not work, the long hall was poorly lit because the lighting was defective, there were no wardrobe, coat hangers or coat rack and hand soap was missing in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen inventory was also very limited, with only one cooking pan and one frying pan.
Furthermore, the mattresses and duvets felt moist and there was a musty smell in the apartment. Although the sheets were clean, this did not give a fresh impression.
For a price of about €150 per night we did not find this accommodation to be in proportion to what we had booked. As compensation we received one free breakfast. We appreciate that, but given the big difference between the booked and the replacement accommodation, we found this compensation insufficient.
We understand that a leak can be force majeure. It is precisely for this reason that we expected an equivalent alternative to be offered or a wider compensation to follow. Unfortunately, this has made our holiday considerably less pleasant.
