A great base to enjoy the Nurburgring

Really enjoyed our stay at the Pinocchio hotel. We were three bikers looking for a comfortable, clean and spacious triple room attached to a cafe or restaurant for convenience. Representing excellent value for money, we couldn't have chosen better. All our boxes were ticked, along with a great pizzeria serving huge pizzas and pasta meals. A great night's sleep is followed by an extensive, continental breakfast served by friendly helpful staff. There's seating outside allowing you to watch the range of bikes and cars on their to 'the ring'. After a long day's ride enjoying the perfect roads that take you from one stunning view to another, a hot shower awaits with plenty of soft seating to relax in before dinner. Based on the high street, a range of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are a short walk away.

Good and friendly

The welcome was very friendly. Good price for a good and decant price.
Room is clean. Bed is good and comfortable . Soap and shampoo available.
Because of covid we ate at our room. The daughter of the owner delivered the pizza in the room, just like the breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful. The food and service was excellent.
Perfect place to stop for a night to visit Nürburgring and have a good meal!

Value for money

Value for money sums this place up. My husband and I stayed here for one night. Over the years we have stayed in this area many times. My husband tracks his car on the Green Hell and this visit was just a quick pit stop. We normally stay in Nurburg but decided as this was not a visit to go on track we would stay here. That said this hotel is ideally suited for the track as it’s close by, and on the plus side there is more to do and see here as it’s a bigger town. The room we stayed in was located at the front of the building facing the road and yes its a busy road and is noisy in the morning. The beds were comfy and we had all we needed for a nights stay. Bathroom was small but functional, however the towels were not so nice. Breakfast was served up the road in a difficult location as there were electrical problems in the kitchen, however this wasn’t a drama as we knew where to go as it was a hotel we had previously used. We had dinner in the restaurant attached to the hotel and it was delicious, the pizza was huge and very tasty and my steak was amazing. All in all our stay was good, and value for money. It’s not 5 stars but then it doesn’t pretend to be anything else. Staff were helpful and friendly. If you want five stars go to the Lindner in Nurburg and pay possibly three times as much. We parked our car on the street just across the road from the hotel.

Horrible room!

Filthy bed linens, cheap beds, no smoke detector, no evacuation plan. Doors without safety. Will as for money back. Will not recommend this hotel, stay away. Next time in Adenau I will stay where I use to stay the Blaue Ecke!

Oveernight for trip to Nurbergring

Very good small hotell close to Nurburgring. Did not ook so nice outside but it was nice inside
Nice people who did inform you friendly about everyhing to do in Adenau
Small city with good atmosphere.
