Very friendly, well maintained and newly renovated Guest house

We stayed on a motorcycle tour in the Black Forest for 1 night at Guest house Gisela. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is newly renovated , the beds totally comfortable. Motorbike friends welcome, enough parking available. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Definitely recommendable.

Short stay

Stayed for 3 nights during a very cold spell. The accommodation was clean, warm and comfortable. There was a shower room with plenty of hot water, good towels and nice toiletries.
Breakfast was nice with a selection of breads, cold meats and cheeses along with cereals, fruit etc.
The only negative I have is the pillows had no support, although I have found this quite common on the continent.
All in all good accomodation lovely staff and I am happy to recommend it.

Good Location.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Central location. Place was very clean and staff were very friendly and unobtrusive. The artwork throughout was fantastic but too big to take home. Very comfortable stay. My only issue was the day we were leaving we were promised breakfast at 7.45 as we had to catch a plane . Yet despite paying 7 euros nobody appeared and I only managed a mouthful of coffee. Apart from that we were very happy with our stay.

Great Guesthouse

Staying here for a few days, attending a family get together. This is a lovely guest house, situated in a central location in the Black forest.The rooms and public areas are kept clean and in good order. Staff really friendly. I would come back here to stay. I would recommend this guesthouse as an ideal place to stay.

Good spot on the way to or from Switzerland, bit weird though

This little hotel was a good spot to spend the night on our way from Switzerland. The room was fine, breakfast was better then expected. What was weird about it is that the whole place is full with pinned up rules everywhere, which seemed a bit over done to us. F.e. in the breakfast room it is mentioned in four different spots that one should not take food or silverwear with them! Then again, the weirdness also added to the whole experience :). P.s. don't forget to take a good look at the artwork in the breakfastroom.
