Fingers off

Please do not book under any circumstances. The homepage photos are skillfully embellished, so we just feel betrayed. The park hotel has had its time, it's just terrible! Rundown, dirty and spoiled.

Avoid

The room was ok - basic. However, I would’ve thought for a hotel that the staff would have even a little English. The receptionist/bar person seemed to be the only person working, and if she spoke any English, she refused to do so. What made it even worse was that there apparently wasn’t any coffee at all for the morning. And with the bar, only cash is accepted. I’d avoid.

Don't bother, find something good

Absolutely abysmal experience with this hotel. I never had a situation like this before. When we arrived the windows were wide open, 7 degrees outside and the heating was not working at all. Needless to say we could not stay over the night. We understood that our room was not the only one in the hotel with this issue but because the hotel was booked we were not given another room. We tried contacting the property and kept receiving the same answer that somebody will come. Three hours later nobody came, and we were forced to find another place to stay. We are now 1 month away from this situation, the hotel is ignoring our messages and the only reply we get over the phone is that the situation will be solved. You can draw your own conclusions but from my point of view this hotel shouldn't be allowed to receive guests. If you do make a reservation here in the cold season, bring a heater with you just in case.
I would rate this hotel zero stars if it would be possible.

That's bad!

The last one! The house is completely run down and unkempt both inside and out. Breakfast we paid but did not get. Never received a refund despite multiple requests. Finger weg….
