Nice family hotel

We had booked for 5 days for 2 adults and 1 child and stayed in one of the apartments. The rooms were very spacious and clean.
-Breakfast-
The breakfast buffet had (for us) a good selection. There was everything from salmon to oat milk, several types of yogurt, muesli, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. As I said, a good selection.
-Dinner-
As with breakfast, you were shown to a table. There is a separate menu for children, and the food was prepared separately.
The buffet selection changed every evening. To keep it short, I didn't find anything that didn't taste good.
-Pool-
We booked during the holidays, so the pool was full of families. The water was a pleasant temperature, and the pool is 1.35m deep. Ideal for little swimmers.
Tip: From the apartment, we reached the pool through a small garden gate, so you don't have to walk across half the grounds.
Conclusion:
Anyone wanting to book a child-free relaxing vacation here should perhaps not book during the holidays
For families, it is a relaxing vacation with a pool and a rich buffet.
Behind the hotel is the treetop walk, in front of the hotel is the cable car.

Very nice hotel. Big room with balcony and a lovely big pool for relaxing in the evening. Breakfast was great but unfortunately the dinner (buffet) was only mediocre. It was a shame because the hotel itself is splendid 😀

Straff in the reception hardly said hello and were not friendly or very helpful. Parking fee of 10 euro for what? Pool area nice and room spacious.

NO wellness hotel

We booked a WELLNESS weekend for February 2026. Unfortunately, we found that the hotel is definitely not suitable for cuddly wellness in winter. Our accommodation is in a separate building (apartment house), which unfortunately is not connected to the main house. This was unfortunately not visible on the hotel's homepage, otherwise we would not have booked. Because the buildings are not connected, you have to walk up a steep stone staircase with your bathing suit and once halfway around the main house until you reach the main entrance of the hotel where the wellness area is located. It would be fair to the customer if this circumstance is clearly made known when booking.
Furthermore, I do not think it is okay that there is no bag for transporting the required bathing gear in the room. After all, everything about the farm must be carried outdoors. On request, it was told that there are no bags at all. Not even some to borrow(On the homepage is wellness bag for a fee).
The wellness area is far too small for a wellness hotel. In the wellness area there are spiders. You have to get the key for this at the reception, which is located in a separate building. All very cumbersome.
The “terrace” of our room is the path of all hotel guests who have to walk from the apartment building to the main building. Everyone can take a look into the room. There's no curtain, just a curtain to darken.

Unfriendly - no proactive behavior (approaching guest) seemed disinterested to me. 16.00 Check in time? You should think about it.
