Very nice
A wonderful hotel, we had a nice room and everything else was perfect too. Perhaps it should be mentioned that the path from the sunbathing area to the pond or sauna area is somewhat difficult for those with limited mobility using a walker.

Relaxation vacation
I booked a vacation for 6 days in July and I was extremely satisfied with how the staff attentively responded to my wishes. I can recommend the hotel.

Too expensive for what it is.
The picture of the hotel is drawn from the park of the municipality where you have to pay 5 euros per person when you want to take a walk. There is a small hospital right next to the hotel. You don't suffer from that in itself. The surroundings of the hotel are , despite the price, not luxurious. There is a car park where you have to pay book. When you enter the hotel you arrive at the reception. What struck me is that everything is carpeted, which is weird for a hotel with four stars and a Spa on.
The rooms are ok but not spacious.
The food we ate was below all arrows.
Breakfast is reasonable but not what we are used to in Germany.
Briefly: this used to be quite a nice hotel but you pay too much for what you get.

Bezüglich der Lage möchten wir gerne ergänzen, dass unser Hotel direkt an die Gartenschau Bad Lippspringe angrenzt. Die Gartenanlage ist eine eigenständige öffentliche Parkanlage und gehört nicht zum Hotelgelände. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen separaten Eintritt. Viele unserer Gäste schätzen gerade die besondere Lage im Grünen und die Möglichkeit, direkt von unserem Haus aus die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir bedauern, wenn diese Information bei Ihnen einen anderen Eindruck vermittelt hat.
Unser Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, dessen Nutzung kostenpflichtig ist. Wir verstehen, dass zusätzliche Kosten immer ein Faktor bei der Bewertung eines Aufenthalts sind, und nehmen Ihre Rückmeldung hierzu gerne auf.
Ihre Anmerkung zur Gestaltung unseres Hauses nehmen wir ebenfalls zur Kenntnis. Die Ausstattung mit Teppichböden ist Teil unseres klassischen Hotelkonzeptes und sorgt für eine warme und ruhige Atmosphäre in den öffentlichen Bereichen. Very good room, experience spoilt by reception staff
Room would get a 5* large, modern good curtains and aircon and quiet.
Reception staff need training or a different career. Perfunctory would sum it up.
Previous night checked-in in German, host spoke slightly slower and clearly, hotel and facilities, things to see and do, places to eat, all in German.
Didn't even get a clear room number, welcome or directions or Hotel facilities. Quickly back to talking amongst themselves.
You only get one chance at first impressions...
Ate elsewhere.
Check out staff were fine.
Gardens are seperate and pay to access so NOT part oh Hotel grounds.
Reception staff need training or a different career. Perfunctory would sum it up.

Mother-daughter weekend
15 minutes away from the autobahn A44 and near the city Paderborn is this hotel a quit spot with lots of green views. It has a warm atmosphere and a wonderful bar outside the restaurant with view into the parc. The new rooms have air condition but rooms in the elder part of the hotel are warm during the hot summer. The rooms are clean and quite. The wellness area small and cosy, but nice little details.
