Old style inn

Traditional old country inn in the village Lechstedt, that celebrates 850 years this year. Good location off the motorway and as I was driving from Scandinavia this was a good distance on the way. I could also bring my dog. Everything was in order both in the room and in the restaurant. I had a good dinner with a couple of Wittinger beers, and also the included breakfast.

Good overnight stay.

On the way home on our drive in Germany, we chose to stop over at this place. Located in a small town called Lechstedt outside Bad Salzdetfurth. Nice place, nice staff (the owner). The room was OK, large balcony, but the bed was a little too soft and the pillow not so good (large flat German model). Coffee maker available. The breakfast was quite okay. Plenty of parking spaces. Humane price. The restaurant served very good food in the evening. Can be recommended to spend the night here.

Quiet and typical, top cuisine

I have been here on a business trip to the Hannover Fair. Excellent location Firenze the purpouse, half an hour to the fair, quiet and relaxing, in a small village in the countryside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. Top chef and a great variety of dishes cooked to order.
I recommend it and I' ll surely come back.

A very calm place

We stayed one night in the hotel, being on our way up north to Hannover. The service was very nice, the rooms were quite nice and functional, as well as the bathroom, which was rather small. Very nice: a little coffee machine on the side table, although the machine looked a bit dusty and not used for quite a while. The carpet looked as if needed a cleaning and the corners in the ceiling were not really clean.
The food we had was good, although we had to wait quite a while to get our drinks and to order our food.
However, a rather nice accommodation for one or two nights - especially if you would like to have it really calm.

Ländliches Gasthaus mit Zimmern und Biergarten

Haus ist alt, Interieur auch, aber sauber. Unkompliziertes Checkin und Checkout. Meist am Wochenende mit Familienfeiern belegt, was für die gute Qualität des Essens spricht. Lage sehr ruhig! Ländliche Gerüche können stören.
