Nice big pitch, Clean, great location (5 min quick walk to Hagnau) friendly staff…
Shower and toilets are very clean, site also clean, gravel walkways and we’re on a gravel pitch.
5kw of electricity to use per Day.
My only criticism is something the site has no control over, the main road, it was very noisy.
We were on the top part of the site (furthest away from the lake, over the service road and therefore closest to the main road that runs across the top) and this did keep us awake.
However it’s served it’s purpose well as a 2 night break on our back from Italy to the UK.

The next time you visit Lake Constance, another pitch!

Beautiful lake view,
if you can get a place nearby. We stood behind a parking lot, and looked over green old caravans m, only had a small view of the lake . But then they put a Morelo motorhome in front of it and the lake view had disappeared.
After a short visit to the restaurant you can wash your laundry, as everything smells very strongly of old fat.
The woman at the reception is very unfriendly, can't handle people well.

Restaurant disappointment

The restaurant is a huge disappointment!!!! Cevapcici for €10.90 is actually a good price...unfortunately it was just one portion of chips (totally oversalted) and the actual cevapcici were so small that you only noticed them between the chips at second glance. I have never seen such small cevapcici in my life.
All 6 pieces were well-intentioned, with a maximum of 50 grams of meat.
I hope for future guests that it was a slip-up, but we won't try again!

Beautiful location, less than zero customer attention

The campsite has a fantastic location, very close to Hagnau (you can go there on foot with a delightful walk on a cycle path) and to a meadow with access to the lake. Cleaner bathrooms than the ones in my house, incredible! We had a room (I think the whole campsite has 2) which was very small, two bunk beds and that's it, hot until the outside temperature dropped with really uncomfortable beds. The staff is really unkind and of a rare disorganization, on the first day they tell us that we can have breakfast at the campsite bar if we book it the day before. We go and say it, they don't write anything down and the next day there was no more bread (we went to Hagnau where breakfast costs €20 each...), the second day we try again (very poor English on their part), this time they write it down and then we discover the next day that breakfast starts at 8:30 (in Germany where everything starts early). The attention to the customer is less than zero (they all seem annoyed, if they can't speak German even worse), if you accept this the place is very nice and the campsite restaurant very nice.

Ca pingplatz in schöner Lage

Schön gelegener Campingplatz direkt am See.
Sanitärgebäude sauber und relativ neu. Strand am Campingplatz ist öffentlich.
Brötchenservice, direkt am Radweg gelegen. Wir hatten ein Wasseranschluß direkt am Platz. Problemlose Buchung.
