Disappointed by the hotel change!
highlight. The room was not cleaned, and we were informed that
there is too little staff. We were very disappointed. It is no longer a Hotel Lamm like it was 5 years ago.

Disappointing stay.
The rooms without a kettle and thus without the possibility to prepare coffee or tea are simply furnished without curtains, without carpets, or bed mats. The supply of towels is inadequate; there are 2 large towels per person, with 1 designated for the wellness area, and 1 hand towel. The change occurs only upon request or demand. The bathrobes show clear signs of use. Mine was torn and one of the two loops was missing. It was exchanged upon request. There is no connection between the indoor pool and the sauna. The saunas are located in two log cabins about 50-60 meters away from the hotel building. The path to get there in a bathrobe leads outside, which poses a challenge, especially in cool weather. Also, it is the only one! The only shower for the sauna area is outside between the log cabins. It should be noted that there are no towels for the sauna area. There is only one wellness towel - as mentioned above - for the pool and sauna, including showers.
The breakfast meets "Continental Standard," is acceptable, but without any special features. The half-board we chose turned out to be a mistake. Instead of the expected Black Forest traditional cuisine, there were international dishes that did not meet this expectation in any way. The entrecôte was simply inedible, not chewable. The waiting time between ordering and serving was 30-60 minutes per course and is therefore unacceptable.
All in all, a disappointing stay over four nights with half-board for 1300 euros. Conclusion - once and never again.
