We always enjoy coming here.

This is our fifth time there and we enjoy it every time. The quality of the room (guesthouse), the food, the amenities, the staff/service, as well as the surroundings, we find to be excellent. Price/performance is very acceptable. We are happy to come back.

Disappointing

This hotel is old but very clean.
The spa area is nice. On the other hand, make pay 6 € the rent of the bathrobe ...
And we talk about the antipathy of the staff? Apart from the boss at the reception, not a smile , limit of annoyance when you ask a question!
A slingshot meal! We don’t wait for you to finish your aperitif to bring the dishes and we make you understand that you have to leave once dessert is over.
Only positive note, the person who makes the messages and who is very smiling and very professional.

Very disappointing

Sympathy is sorely lacking!
The service at the restaurant stone a horror
The bill comes when we had not finished without asking if we wanted a coffee or a drink ..... never seen before
Real pity because the meal is rather good
The hotel is certainly a bit old but rather clean and the spa area is rather nice even if you can quickly be cramped
The art of hospitality is unfortunately not here

Nice Family Inn Very Nice at Good Value Award

Well located in Baiersbronn. Beautiful view of the typical landscape of the Black Forest. Spacious clean room. Beautiful relaxation area swimming pool saunas with south west terrace for good rest on deckchair.
Very good value Award at the restaurant for a simple and good cuisine. Award much lower than in France!
A very pleasant weekend at this Inn
