Wonderful place

Absolutely positively a gem of a hotel and I highly recommend staying here - the owners are delightful and their breakfast is outstanding!!!!

Carefree package

We booked a team trip to Baumholder in May, including a trolley tour. We had already had a lot of contact with the owner of the hotel beforehand, and communication was always reliable and competent.
We were warmly welcomed on site, all our wishes were taken care of and our needs were well taken care of on site. The hotel provided a shuttle service to the trolleys. Our drivers were local and were able to tell us little stories about the place during the trip.
We can also highly recommend the trolley tour! We had 7 trolleys and had a lot of fun! At the end of the tour, we were reliably picked up again by phone. Back at the hotel, there was food for the group. The food was super delicious, but unfortunately we lost one point because we waited 2 hours for the food from the time we ordered, which is really too long. The food also came 30 minutes apart from the first to the last (12 people). Unfortunately, that was just poorly organized, but we don't know if there are often such large groups here. But otherwise everything was great!
The rooms are comfortable, functionally furnished and very clean!!
This is definitely good value for money!! We'll be happy to come back!

Cozy place

Comfortable and clean hotel with good restourant&bar. They serve brackfast also.
Really friendly people and perfect location in a middle of a town. there were also couple of good restourants and bars on same street. Room service and stuff was really friendly. I will definetely come back!

Awesome Staff and Good Food

I stopped here in a whim due to my initial dinner choice being closed in a Sunday. I was glad to see the restaurant was open when most weren’t. The staff were extremely helpful and charismatic from the beginning. I ordered a steak with herb butter medium. It came out exactly as I asked for and the herb butter was extremely flavorful and creamy. I was very happy with my experience here.

Great place

Stayed for 3 nights in a double-room. Great price in a classical German Gasthaus with excellent food. The staff is friendly and I would definitely book here again if I get back to Baumholder. The location is in the center of the town but it's easy to get both in and out and they have parking just next to the hotel almost on the street.
