There were two of us with two small dogs from 1.1.2025-5.1.2025 there for wellness. A beautiful hotel with nice room in a winter wonderland. Although not communicated at registration everything was made possible for us vegans. There was even a room upgrade as it was a Christmas gift. Very friendly, clean and accommodating. I would be happy to come back anytime. Thank you so much!

Quiet and well maintained hotel

Stop for 3 days at the Hotel Brunnenhof, to enjoy the area between Germany and the Czech Republic by motorcycle. We had a great time .. great food and the owner was gentilessima.Camere cured, as the details are taken care of throughout the 'hotel.
Wellness area with swimming pool and sauna, which we used every day. The sunny days made us enjoy the 'large garden.

Great quiet wellness hotel with great breakfast.. even during the summer holidays

My Little Family (2 E. 1 child) were looking for a quiet accommodation with breakfast and pool. Various hiking tours should also be possible nearby. We wanted to be active but also let our souls wander. You can do that really well in the Brunnenhof.
Super nice staff a class view beautiful garden as well as a comfortable bed and everything clean in the hotel.
We have been daily morning swimming, breakfast and afterwards on tour. Dinner would also be possible there. But you have to register a day in advance. We did not use it but the menu map looked very good every day.
We had nothing to complain about therefore full score and gladly again.

We love Hotel Brunnenhof ♡

A beautiful & peacefully located, family run hotel with wonderful leisure facilities.
Plenty of parking, but it is walkable from train station, although a weary traveller can use the bus that stops nearby or the hotel can arrange transfer.
Built by current family owners to serve ski & Winter sports visitors, Hotel Brunnenhof is equally well suited to the Summer visitor with wonderful walking & exploring on the doorstep. Czech Republic border is moments away.
Not so many restaurants or shops open in Summer & the village will be generally gearing up for the Winter season, but we loved that the whole area was quiet & peaceful. (Check out the Pizzeria for the best pizzas we have ever eaten! & The Smugglers Hut near the railway station serves good Bavarian food & beer & is where the locals hang out!).
Hotel Brunnenhof had a wonderful leisure complex with exceptional pool, Turkish bath & sauna. Spa treatments are also available.
Breakfast buffet was superb & the owners so friendly & helpful.
We had a room with big balcony dressed with geranium flowers & a view of the Bavarian Forest.
Perfection.
We plan to visit again one day.

Loved our stay at the Brunnenhof.

Very pleasant, family run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and family members, particularly in the dining room. We booked an “Erkerzimmer” which was spacious and had two balconies. Nice large bathroom with a tub – all super clean! Generous breakfast buffet and excellent dinners, the Schweinehaxen were memorable!!! Excellent salad bar with a nice variety of tasty salads. The spa facility seems to be a new addition and it is a gem!! The indoor pool is gorgeous and all saunas and other spa facilities are beautifully designed and well maintained. Considering the level of service and quality, this hotel is very reasonably priced!! The only distraction was the smoking by other guests on the balconies, which comes into the room when the doors/windows are open. Not sure that there is a solution….
