All was great. The video showing how to enter the hotel out of hours was a great touch. It took all the stress out of arriving late and not knowing where to go.

It was such a pleasure to stay at dreams Beckum! The personnel were very helpful. We arrived late and they provided us with all the instructions and guidelines for a smooth late check-in. Special thanks to Diana, who was in touch with us all the time! Nice parking area with charging slots (public charge network).

Terrible employee, watch out!
My husband and his friends stayed at the Dreams Beckum Hotel in September. There is a very friendly staff member (Diana) who has done everything to make guests feel comfortable. Also I had a very nice email communication with her. We got married that weekend and in all the excitement my husband thought he had left his pants and debit cards in the hotel room.
We went to the hotel on Sunday after the wedding and asked at the reception if the pants and the cards had been found in the room. The young receptionist jumped in my husband’s face almost immediately, she yelled at us and I thought she was about to take action. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. “Anyone can come and say something like this that they lost tickets!” [...] “I have all the responsibility here!” [...] “why didn’t you call immediately?!!!”
We'd just gotten married and organized a big party and just noticed the loss. “WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?!” The young woman then called the cleaner by phone (even in a very harsh tone). I felt very sorry for the maid that she had to work with such a ticking time bomb. We were finally let into the hotel room, looked briefly, it was already cleaned. It would have been enough for us if we could have spoken kindly about the problem, if we had been offered Help centers or communication. We didn't insinuate anything.
I don't want to go into any more details, but this young woman's manner was aggressive, terrible, unreasonable and totally inappropriate. My husband is Scottish, he can't help but be friendly and polite by nature. We didn't even know what was happening to us.
Fortunately, the pants reappeared in the buddy's hotel room where the men had been preparing for the wedding. Under normal circumstances, we would have apologized for the inconvenience, but we were just glad to leave the hotel and the negative energy behind.
The Höxberg Hotel used to be the first address in Beckum, but how can you hire such people... I'm sorry that we have to give a bad review, because such nice employees as Diana, who try to give the guest a good time, deserve 5 stars.
I don’t want anything bad for anyone, but the young dark-haired woman who worked at the reception desk on Sunday morning, 22.9.2024, is absolutely not suitable for Customer Service and I sincerely hope she finds another great job where she never has to work with other people again. Word of such events spreads quickly.
I will definitely not recommend the Dreams Hotel as long as such dangerous employees are employed there. I hope the operator draws its conclusions.

Far from the city, and the bar/restaurant was not open at night. Very good breakfast. Lots of space in our room. Nice and clean, and very comfortable beds.
