Always happy

Beautiful - nothing to complain about in all areas
Breakfast with lots of healthy extras, still got packed lunch on the last day, as I left very early. Nice staff, all clean, quiet environment, suitable for walks, rooms top. Always happy.

Food was good, overnight never again

Surroundings very nice, food great, Service very friendly but..
the room was in a bungalow that probably hasn't been heated for a long time. It was very cold and the heating was broken. Then the warm water also failed. Pump broken. That can happen, but unfortunately we were not really taken seriously with our problem and there was no accommodation. Only after a somewhat pressing and, above all, repeatedly raised complaint was a remedy sought. This is not how we had imagined a relaxed weekend!
We then took a cold shower. But there was a discount on the drinks on the last bill. No excuse, no offer, as would have been usual in the case of such defects. The room was not exactly cheap and the hotel is not a youth hostel. So we found that extremely unprofessional.

Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor.

Value for money is not right at all.

Were eating on Saturday in the Springbachmühle, we did not stay overnight. It was our first and last visit there. The food was an absolute disappointment. I ordered "lukewarm potato salad with fried oyster mushrooms and vegetable samosa." I received potato salad with shrivelled mushrooms and falafel balls from the wholesale market. When asked about the operation, there was no reaction. A cheek. My company had "brown trout with thyme noodles." The fish was still roasted and the noodles from the bag. Never again.

We spent 4 Wonderful days at the Springbach Mill. The service at the freshly prepared wish breakfast was the friendliest I have experienced in years. We were thrilled.
Even the dinners were a treat and professionally served. I recommend the fresh trout of the area, and not the burger. The free choice of the different rooms inside and outside, the candlelight, the tranquility, everything served our Wolfühl factor and our privacy.
I unfortunately got sick during this time and so I enjoyed the tranquility in our garden Bungalow with a view of the beautifully maintained garden landscape, I got tea in the room and the carpenters were all very nice.
Thank you, we would love to come back.
