We booked a double room with a private bathroom. Our bathroom was private but we needed to get out of the room to access the bathroom. Everything but that was perfect.

Dirty, unpleasant and disappointing

Upon arrival, the oak and the walk were met with dusty surfaces, unprepared beds and a swim of sweat and urine in the air. In other words, expectations were immediately broken. In one bunk bed we find one larger spot with rid of powder, several snacks in a variant of a night table shelf, as well as a pair of used Q tips. Fortunately, we meet a friendly staff who offers us an extra sheet one can use to cover the suspicious dust spot. Changing rooms was obviously not possible around 22:00 p.m. In the neighboring room observed body fluid-like spots on the walls. Bada is dirty, doane unwash, lacks on wash and mould tends on all surfaces. We probably won't come back here, and neither should you.

The room was clean, however one of the pillows and single quites were stained.
Room was very hot and not much air in the room if you had the one window that opened closed. The other window the handle was missing even thought it was opened without it.
Breakfast was simple, but nice and fresh every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was good enough for our stay, Not sure I would stay again at an a&o hotel. But never say never

Just stay away, terrible experience, dirty and smelly starting from reception area, lift and the rooms. Only possible to check in using self service and the booking reference received from hotels.com not recognised. Guy at reception couldn’t help either but after a long wait late in the night they were able to provide another reference nr they had which worked for self check in. Check out time 10:00 so had to pay another 15 euro per room for late check out. So all in all extremely bad experience and not worthy.

The breakfast was very fresh, parking was safe but you had to pay extra which is reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
