Gym doesn’t open till 7 am - way too late

Stayed here on a business trip for three nights , staff were friendly and helpful rooms a little on the small side but perfectly adequate , top spa area. Great pool , huge gym , sauna area great although it was sometimes difficult to find fresh towels none in the gym and none in the spa area meaning you always have to take the towels from your room and if you had declined room cleaning services there was no refreshing of towels. it’s quite hard to get to with public transport it’s further outside from Berlin city Centre than you would think. Huge shame that the gym doesn’t open till 7 am. For Most people travelling for busines, this is way too late.

Gavin and Kats night in a Berlin Hotel

Hotel room was perfect however only storage for folder clothes no hangers, nice pool and jacuzzi, 3 saunas of different temperatures and a steam room which is heaven in February, lots of pool classes going on while I was there so had to wait for the pool and sauna.

Delicious breakfast and nice rooms

We were informed that their pool was being renovated, but we chose the hotel anyway, and we did not regret it, even though the area is not exactly a place to notice. The room was nice and there was the opportunity to make coffee and tea. Breakfast is very delicious and there is something for every taste. We visited their restaurant for the evening 2 times, and it is not cheap, but the portions are nice and the waiters are service-minded. The area itself is not so exciting, but there is peace around the lake, and there you can go some lovely walks.

terrible staff

The staff is very unfriendly the rooms get not cleaned until late, a man of the crew they has been very unfriendly and agressive with me as a woman and the rest of the staff didn’t even excuse themselves. We have booked because there was a swimming pool and then it turned out it was closed for the whole month os July, which was not initially said. Food in the restaurant very average.

Nice hotel, great wellness area, unfortunately deductions for room cleaning.

We booked the Centrovital for the first time for 5 nights. You can reach the city in 40 minutes by bus and S-Bahn.
The rooms are large and well-equipped. The beds were super comfortable; we slept very well.
Room cleaning, on the other hand, was a disaster. Cleaning was completely forgotten once, towel changes didn't work 3 times, replacing water bottles didn't happen at all, etc. etc.
Breakfast had a limited selection, but except for the rolls, it was of very good quality and very tasty. 4 types of homemade and freshly baked, very delicious bread, so why such rolls?
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Printing our boarding passes and a free check-out extension until 2 PM was great.
The wellness area is simply top-notch with 3 saunas, 1 steam room, 1 ice igloo, and a small and large whirlpool, as well as a 25 m long oval swimming pool. Ayurveda treatment top!
Conclusion: we will come back!!!!
