I like this hotel very much. It is cheap, and you need to bring your own shower gel - but the rooms and staff are nice

honest review: SHAME ON YOU!!

dilapidated and incommentable hotel, rude rude staff unqualified not to say real deficient! and cafon! , the food sucks we did not dine for the entire stay and also was not enough to feed the number of guests. the bathroom is a hole there is not the window for which every day we risked suffocating. the rooms, needless to say, complete disaster: tiny, ugly ugly ugly ugly so ugly, uncomfortable beds slippery mattress, dust, also lacking necessary towels, stinking carpet with huge and sticky STAINS. obviously they do not clean the rooms because their butt weighs and the only time they “did” actually just emptied the basket. they do not care about the
security of the customers in fact allowed strangers and criminals to access the hotel who wanted to beat up a boy, they did not even intervene. security seems to me the least since the hotel itself is in a pretty bad and dangerous position full of very strange people with obvious problems. the walls are made of plasterboard so you can hear everything. moreover the staff does not speak English and make it clear that they do not even try to understand the customer. the latter on the contrary are constantly taunted and teased by them who are angry because they do not understand the German that only they speak. in conclusion the stay was a complete disaster, not to say a real poop@ and so I warmly suggest you to avoid like the plague this place that is not worthy of being called a hotel (since it looks more like a hospice) so as to close the structure. do not waste your money.

Worst esperienze of my life

Rude staff, inedible food, dirty rooms, no one speaks English and doesn't even try, they don't clean the rooms, they don't change the towels—you have to beg for them—there are no blankets, and the pillows are flat. They try to get you to pay penalties without any proof, and when they're proven wrong, they laugh at the guest, mocking them, even if they're in the wrong, in German. The security situation is pitiful; they let in strangers who threatened to beat up a guest, only to shrug their shoulders when it was pointed out to them. Horrible.

Paying twice for drinks

Stay was ok until I was leaving, when the obnoxious and rude young lady behind the counter charged me for drinks that had already been paid for.
2 people confirmed this, even proved on my bank account.
Very poor service, unprofessional and incompetent.
