The location is perfect, the best area in Berlin. Very clean rooms and helpful staff, breakfast was also very good. I am very happy that I chose here to stay. I would definitely prefer if I were to come Berlin again.

Well-located hotel with minor flaws

The hotel is located near the Berlin Wall Memorial, and thanks to the tram stop in front of the building, you can quickly get to the subway, suburban trains, and the main train station. The rooms are simply but very practically furnished. Unfortunately, the condition of our bathroom was quite poor, and we know people who would have checked out immediately. Due to the open design of the building and the lack of privacy screens, you were practically showering in public—even without binoculars! As sauna-goers, this was a minor problem for us, but...
The breakfast was extensive, the quality average. But you were well-fed. The staff in the dining room was mostly successful when it came to replenishing the food and clearing the tables, so the wait times during peak breakfast hours did not pose a real problem. At the reception, the staff was very friendly and helpful, even when things got a bit stressful.
For a short visit, the hotel can be recommended if you can live with the "bathroom" defect.

Had huge discussions with the receptionist, bevares I was not allowed to bring my quite expensive road bicycle to the room for storage during our stay - when though it was even cleaner than their rooms!
No AC, which is bad in +30 degrees. Ved sheets where not changed although there were stains on them. Design in the shower didn’t really work
Breakfast ok, room size okay. Good lokation.

Nice, clean hotel in a fantastic location. Great breakfast.
Stayed here recently and had a really good experience. The hotel feels and looks new.
The location is excellent, right in a lively neighborhood (a park) with a tram stop directly outside the front door, making it super easy to get around. It's also very close to Eberswalder Straße station, where there are tons of great restaurants to choose from.
We actually rented bikes at the Kulturbrauerei nearby, which was really convenient. The Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer (Mauerpark) is also just a short walk away. Getting into the city center from here is quick and completely hassle-free. Would definitely stay again.

No air conditioning, but elevator. Breakfast fine!
Rooms small, bathroom fine.
Is fairly central. Lots of history in Bernauerstrasse, interesting.
Metro map in Berijn is recommended.
