Great location and value

Lovely self-service breakfast, good selection includes hot and cold.
Large rooms on floor 4. Very clean, nice wet room bathroom.
Friendly staff kindly gave my son a complimentary box of chocolates for his birthday.
Maybe bring earplugs due to Central location near rail, but windows are very good.
Hotel bar is very comfortable, good price, pleasant atmosphere. Pint of beer €5 each approximately.
Very nice location, 10 minutes walk to S-bahn (train). Perfect hotel for train to football match at Olympiastadion and boat trips.
Close to cozy restaurants, cafes and range of shops. Recommend cosy cafe Chito cafe, Einstein cafe, and traditional restaurant Dicke Wirtin restaurant. And recommend Ice Bar and bilingual boat trip company "Reederei Hadynski".

The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of the stay, with a good variety and overall very satisfying quality. Unfortunately, the experience at reception was rather mediocre and could have been more welcoming and attentive.
The room itself was spacious and offered plenty of space to feel comfortable, although it was quite dark and could benefit from better lighting. The bathroom was reasonably clean and well maintained, but nothing particularly impressive.
The biggest disappointment was the bed, which I did not find comfortable and affected the overall quality of the stay. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly the breakfast and room size, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service, lighting, and sleeping comfort.

A nice, descent hotel with a good location, clean and friendly personell. The only negative was that the beds were very stiff/hard to sleep in.

Not very clean. Last guest in our room had put a dirty spoon under the towels. It fell out when we took the towels, so they were obviously not changed between guest. Shower was also quite dirty and with hair on the shower floor.
Breakfast was ok, same everyday, not a good selection of bread, but fine. Hot food was very plain.
The personell was very helpful though, and it was an okay stay all together.

A few days in Berlin

Enjoyed my time at this hotel and in Berlin. Friendly , helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good WiFi. Room overlooked railway tracks which was interesting.! Would definitely stay here again
