As always, we book a room in Berlin as a base to sleep and rest at times. The room was large, clean and the beds very firm and comfortable. The facilities were more than sufficient. We noted there was no plug in the bath and this was rectified within minutes of reporting. The cleaners are active daily, including over the weekend, and will service the room if access is allowed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay on, or near the Ku'damm as it has plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance, and it is a 10 minute walk to the main Zoo station and bus depot. Buses are always frequently passing within 2 minutes of the front reception.

More than annoying

The hotel itself is quite fine, BUT I unfortunately forgot a blouse there and on telephone request I was informed that nothing was found in the room. You can't do that!!

Communication. Life was not working the entire time. No note from GeneralManager. No gesture to guests to apologise. When looking under bed this morning for something I had lost found drink tins from sine previous guests… very shabby.

Clean, Friendly, Quiet

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely simple breakfast. We arrived late and they still accommodated us, very polite and friendly. Breakfast had a range of cereals, breads, meats, eggs, potatoes, juices, coffees. Lovely start to the day
