Everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, supportive and welcoming. I had a lovely holiday here and plan to come back soon. Thanks to all the wonderful staff . What a beautiful city. You are so lucky to live here

This is a strange hotel. It looks like it was converted from a conference center. The WiFi wasn't great.
But I have to say I had a great night's sleep.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, 5 minutes from public transport. Parking was possible in a fine parking garage (Qpark) diagonally opposite the hotel. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful old building. In the windows was single glazing, which made it noisy and it felt a bit cold (the heating was not yet on, because the weather was still nice the days before).
The room was spacious, nice high ceiling and basic furnishings.
Breakfast was good. The people behind the reception were super nice and very helpful. The other staff were also very friendly. Chapeau!

Places to eat everywhere

This hotel came recommended by my now retired travel agent. Not as good as some of her previous recommendations. But still centrally located. Close to all types of trains. Surrounded by places to eat. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Provided a fan which was good given temperatures when i was there. It’s an old building but well maintained. Breakfast was very good

Great hotel for groups

Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff. We booked the hotel for a school camp and I saw some other student groups, too. I would therefore rather advise groups to book here as the students can be a bit disruptive at night. Only thing I'd change is offer groups a common room where they can meet to play cards, chat etc.
