Hotel was very nice and good location for Checkpoint Charlie and Mall of Berlin
Just a few extras would make it better , make sure safe and tv work and fill up the in room tea / coffee for the number of guests.

Vey nice hotel close to all the major attractions and s bahn. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast has plenty of options.

Excellent service! The waiter Karki Lal was very professional, friendly, and attentive. He made sure everything was perfect and provided a great experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and great buffet selection

The hotel is in an excellent location: Berlin’s attractions are spread across the city and the hotel’s central location made it easy to access these sites. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The buffet selection is excellent. A lot of variety, well presented and very fresh. Staff were always very approachable and helpful.

Excellent Berlin Central launch point

This is a very luxurious hotel. The welcome desk has free drinks, and is often alive with the melodies of live piano music. The junior rooms are spacious and feature two beds (one is a sleeper couch), has a minibar, TV, coffee machine and an amazing bathroom with shower. The breakfast is well stocked with a variety of healthy options, and the hotel caters for a variety of dietary needs. It is a great launch point to see Berlin central. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
