Doesn't keep what it promises
As I only arrived in the evening and the reception is not open for long, an access code was supposed to be sent to me in advance.
On the day of arrival, I received two emails about this. And then a call to ask whether the required app had been downloaded.
What I was not told in any of the emails (not even in the booking confirmation) or on the phone, however, was that there are two of this address in Berlin.
I was of course at the wrong address late in the evening. So I got back into a taxi and went through Berlin again.
The opening worked well. However, when I entered the apartment, I was almost shocked. It stank of food, as if I was standing right next to the deep fryer in a chip shop. Unbearable. It was impossible to open the windows overnight as the house is right next to the motorway. Right next to it. If I had wanted cleaning or new towels, I would have had to register this by email the day before. I didn't need to do this during the three days.
The apartment was very spacious, but not very homely. Visible from all sides and through all windows from the street - like on a silver platter.
It's also a matter of taste whether you like it that the bathroom is embedded in the living room...
On the day of departure I had to leave the apartment at 11:00 a.m.
At 10:45 a.m. - I had put up the "Do not disturb" sign outside and was on the toilet - the cleaning lady just came in!!
Overall, not worth the money and a total disappointment. Never again.
