I booked this for a friends 50th Birthday and the staff at the hotel were amazing when I was planning this. They made her stay wonderful and even surprised her with some cakes to celebrate the milestone. Next next to train station and friend team.

A Very Nice Hotel

This was a very nice hotel. Check-in went smoothly, nice room, large bed, spacious bathroom with a good shower.
Also, there was a penthouse bar with great views of Berlin.

Lovely hotel conveniently located to S Bahn stop and tram routes etc. Plenty of amenities close by. The rooms were modern and quiet but in both rooms during my stay the showers leaked all over the bathroom floor and one shower head was broken and couldn’t be used to slide.

marvellous hotel in great location

marvellously situated hotel on landsberger alleee.4/5 stops on tram from alexander platz. hotel is next to sbahn train station.The s85 train goes direct to berlin airport.Across road from hotel is chemist supermarket,italian restaurant and vietnamese restaurants both good.Hotel is modern spacious,very clean.Reception staff are all very friendly effecient and helpful.Mavericks restaurant and bar is great with limited food options staff are lovely especially Mohammed.Hotel has a skybar loft 14 with fantastic views over berlin and a michelin star restaurant which was closed for holidays whilst I was there.The hotel Lobby has a self service snack and drinks area very useful and cigarette vending machine,My room was spacious and very clean with a fridge and safe and large tv.I will most definetly stay at vienna house next stay in Berlin.Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel: close to transportation so you can get around, beautiful decor and atmosphere, loved the 24hours gym and use of the spa, room was huge, bed comfortable and shower was big and had good water pressure.
Only downside was my refrigerator wasn’t working, they suggested I switch to new room but I asked them to send me ice packs or a possible technician - I got neither. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.
