In short, the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and simply not suitable for a comfortable stay.

I had a really disappointing stay here. The place was dirty, the sofa had stains on it, and several of the sink handles were broken. The frying pan and pot were also scratched. It didn't feel safe to use, since damaged non-stick coating shouldn't be cooked on.
When I contacted the management, they told me that "our apartments are rented in their current condition, as is," and the only thing they could maybe do was check if they could replace the frying pan. That's not acceptable at all, especially for a place that's supposed to be ready for guests.
Overall, the condition of the apartment and the lack of real help from management made this a bad experience. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

dirty and filthy place

They offered me an awful apartment with dirt stains on the curtains, food remains in the minibar and so dirty a floor that I can't walk barefoot.
And they refuse to cancel and give me my money back.

Unfortunately, I broke my arm 1 week before the start of the trip but on request for a free cancellation due to my circumstances I was disrespectfully refused.

Scammers

I was going to come here and tell you that the apartment was much better than expected after reading the reviews but that was until we were scammed by them and paid for our stay twice!!! 2 people had our phone number...booking com and vision apartments and we were sent a payment link via WhatsApp. Do the math.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please listen to this review as it will save your journey.

Worst hotel ever. The room was awful. The facilities was awful. The power system was all
Over the place. The shower was boiling hot. The staff are rude (when they are there). Staff do not listen to you and lie through their teeth.
Could guarantee they wouldn’t stay here themselves.
Very noisy. Not tourist friendly. Make sure you don’t stay here when visiting Berlin. It will ruin your experience.
