We are thrilled and not our first time away, top friendly staff, clean rooms, top breakfast, there is only positive to say, we will be back soon and are already looking forward to it! Beds top, large shower.

Gerade die Treue unserer Stammgäste ist für uns etwas ganz Besonderes und das schönste Kompliment, das wir erhalten können. Ihr großes Lob für unser freundliches Personal, die sauberen Zimmer, das Frühstück sowie den Komfort unserer Betten und die großzügige Dusche freut das gesamte Team sehr. Zu lesen, dass es für Sie „nur Positives zu sagen“ gibt, macht uns wirklich stolz und motiviert uns, auch weiterhin jeden Tag unser Bestes zu geben. we arrived from Paris after a 7-hour drive and the hotel is inaccessible by car because of roadwork
I told the receptionist that they could have warned us and he insolently replied that
I quote "he is not going to start warning everyone"
I am disabled but we had to carry the suitcases without any help from him of course
I am an Accor Platinum member but this is the first time I have experienced such treatment

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to learn that your arrival did not meet your expectations, especially after such a long journey from Paris. We regret that the roadworks in the surrounding area made access to the hotel more difficult. Unfortunately, these works are beyond our control. We are also sorry to hear that you felt our evening receptionist was not as welcoming as expected. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave, and we will discuss your comments with our team. As you mentioned the luggage, we would like to clarify that the underground garage is directly connected to the hotel by elevators leading to the reception area. Our receptionist was happy to show you the way to the garage so that you could access the hotel more easily. As a three-star hotel, we unfortunately do not offer a porter or luggage service, but we are always pleased to assist guests with directions and information. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience in the future. Just dreadful, an offer hotel with awful staff in a godforsaken town. Only one piece of advice, stay somewhere else, literally anywhere else.

Grumpy staff
The property is overall good, with good cleanliness and satisfactory value for money. We also enjoyed the free late check-out until 13 instead of 12.
The experience with the staff was less positive: in particular, two receptionists did not demonstrate the courtesy and professionalism expected. At 12:20 we were asked to leave the room unpolitely, despite the late check-out having been regularly agreed and not properly communicated to the staff.
Negative note also for the bar: coffee at 3.50 € and disappointing quality.

Location is great, the only downside was a tram line outside and building wasn’t updated properly for a while to reduce the noise. I still heard the trams after midnight.
Good value for money, nice breakfast buffet with good choices and the highlight for the family travel is a separate dining room with little play area for kids.
