Very friendly hosts

We arrived unannounced and had a room in the basement, without castle view, which was also not important to us. Modern, clean, as well as the bathroom, poor to air there just basement. We didn't hear about the street, the other guests did, but at "normal" times - that's just the way it is. Absolutely outstanding the friendliness of the hosts, we really felt like guests.

Very noisy, room is okay

Staid here one night to visit the Hohenzollern castle.
There was nobody at the apartment, we had to call all number mentioned on the door. We received a door code to open the front door and received the number of our room. The room key was in the room itself. Efficient but not so personal ofcourse. There was a sewer smell in the room especially in the badroom which didn't go away. The bathroom was modern and the rain shower is good! Bedroom is also comfortable but I was happy I had my own pillow along. From our window we had a view on the castle! The room was clean but very noisy. We could hear the whole sex adventures at night from our neighbours below, it was almost as if there are no walls or doors. Nobody mentioned if there was breakfast or not. We didn't mind much but communication could be better.

Nie wieder

Die Schabe im Zimmer ist das Eine, das Andere die Unfreundlichkeit der Gastgeberin, nachdem wir über das Ungeziefer im Bad berichtet hatten. Null Entgegenkommen und null Verständnis. Das ist ehrlicher Weise auch der Grund für die verfrühte Abreise.
Ansonsten: Das Personal vor Ort dagegen total nett, Frühstück gut, Zimmer modern, Straße laut.

Modern und sauber, aber sehr laut und hellhörig

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Burgblick. Wir hatten ein schönes großes, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit schöner großer Terrasse.
Leider von Burgblick nichts zu sehen, sondern dafür Straßenblick und ein Fenster direkt am Eingang, so dass man alles und jeden hören und sehen konnte. Deshalb musste das Fenster eigentlich durchgehend verdunkelt und verschlossen werden.
Außerdem war ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster dank auch nachts noch vielbefahrener Straße kaum möglich.
Direkt am Zimmer ist die Treppe ins Obergeschoss und manche Gäste trampeln und poltern ohne Rücksicht rauf und runter, auch nachts, so dass man im Bett steht.
Ansonsten war es nett und das Frühstück war okay.
Die Lage ist für einen Ausflug zur Burg Hohenzollern ideal.
Also ingesamt gutes Zimmer, schlechte Lage an der Straße, das Geld eigentlich nicht wert.
