Older restaurant with a great terrace on the Weser.

We were only here to eat. The dishes were very good, also visually very nicely presented, hot and well-seasoned (pork tenderloin with spinach topped with cheese, really creamy gravy, very friendly service, price/performance very good, recommended.

Nice view of the Weser

The restaurant is located in Bodenwerder directly on the Weser. We had only taken a short break there and strengthened ourselves with apple peel and cheesecake. The cheesecake was ok, but nothing more. Due to the location directly on the Weser, it is recommended, but the menu has not been tested by us. Good 3 stars...

It was an okay stay, but the heating didn't work properly, the wifi didn't work, and hot water ran out after 5 minutes. The food and restaurant were excellent.

Everything is fine as long as you don't complain

My meal was only cooked through on the thinner part (trout), unfortunately the waitress didn't come until everyone had finished eating. When I complained, she just took the plate away, and when I asked, she replied: the boss said it was OK. I had to pay the full price. After all, the other guests had nothing to complain about either.
Well, they didn't have any fish either. ‍♀️

Nice lunch on the river

We did not stay at this hotel, but ate on the terrace on the river for lunch. The food was very good. The service was a bit slow, as they were very full. The food was certainly worth the wait, as the view was most relaxing.
