Fab apart hotel, highly recommend

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
Nice quiet room with excellent facilities.
Lovely breakfast.
Secure parking
Great location surrounded by pleasant cafes and good restaurants yet very quiet neighbourhood only 1 U-bahn stop from Bonn city centre.

Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel actually offers. The service leaves a lot to be desired, and their policies are not transparent at all. They sent me an email with the conditions only a few hours before check-in.

Shame

An absolute disgrace. This hotelier is a con artist. I have booked via booking and pay the reservation. This hotelier left me on the street at 11pm without solution claiming that he stops working at 2pm on weekdays on Thursday . .,.. These malotru prefer to take bookings cashed live to save the booking fees ..... Don't go to their house. Save your money.

The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help. Resulted me getting sick the first day. I’m fortunate it didn’t result in a trip to the hospital.
The site is void of any staff. When they have hours, it’s hit and miss. One couple who asked for my help, could not get their key. Is there anyone to help? No. You’re stuck waiting for someone to show up in 15 minutes (so they claim). That would have been a train wreck if they showed up at 23:00. So, people are generally loud during the night. It was midnight when several people showed up laughing and whistling through the halls. Your kids will be awake by the noise in the courtyard. The breakfast is a waste of €17. Go to a breakfast place. They made it sound like they have a restaurant connected, that’s false. There are restaurants nearby. They will hide fees in everything. This place was simply not worth its weight next to better establishments. Those images of their rooms are false advertising. They’re not that big. It’s a really tight space. It’s fine, but be upfront with people online.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants, easy access to trains and buses. Very helpful staff
