Worst hotel - definitely do not book there!

I have never been in such a run-down hotel! Loose tiles, radiators ripped from the pipes, hanging cables, no functioning Wi-Fi, and the TV didn't work either! We paid €480 for 2 nights! Not even breakfast, no bar. All in all, the worst hotel I have ever experienced! This place should be closed down. An absolute disgrace!

Nightmare in Bonn

It was a nightmare, I went alone and was assigned room 210, which was in the works and empty, then I was assigned room 209, and there was an undone closet full of plaster, and for the third time I ended up in room 107, where I found a condom wrapper on top of the pillow, gum stuck on the bed wall and the glass of the broken closet. Here you hear an engine that starts and stops without knowing where that noise comes from. The views are to a courtyard that hasn't been cleaned for years and you must have the windows closed because it smells like food, smoke, fried oil. The only good thing for me is that at reception they spoke in Spanish. Very dark, very noisy, ancient, couples.
I was in my room and I thought someone would come in any minute.
It's in an alleyway and I felt insecure.

Even though the location of the hotel was very good, the building and the rooms are very old and down. This was the second worse hotel l have ever stayed. Every aspect of the hotel’s condition was bad! We also booked two rooms for the family. One of the rooms were smelling cigarette too. I will definetely not stay here again and don’t recommend it.

The building has convenient access to nearby shopping and dining areas. However, the rooms and corridors are painted black with poor lighting, making it difficult to see and use the electronic door pad. The TV didn’t work during our stay, and there was no telephone in the room to contact the front desk. The dining area furniture was always stacked, so it was never possible to sit and use the space.
