Great hotel, dear staff & still traditional German. No Muslims 100% Germany!
Gladly again, quiet & pleasant + nice room.

Furious and disappointed!

Arrival to this hotel did not happen, as my secretary did not see when booking via booking.com that she was booking April instead of July 2026. Both attempts on my part to persuade Mrs Enders to rebook for July were unsuccessful. I was now left sitting on the ENTIRE cost, although no real damage would have been done to the hotel, just unculpable and money-hungry ! The reasoning on the part of Mrs Enders was related to the cheap prices of the booking platform..... What does one have to do with the other? I advised our wedding guests against this accommodation ! All in all, a learning process : no more booking platforms, only direct bookings in relevant hotels.

Unmotivated!!!

Hôtel a bit stale but clean! Kitchen decent for a country inn. Service, on the other hand, completely unmotivated. We will definitely not book the hotel and of course also the restaurant, due to this employee! It's a shame, the rest actually fit. We stayed 2 rooms for two nights to stay and dinner each: Honestly: I've probably never felt worse treated as a guest! If one is told, on request for a digestif, which we would have drunk on ex, of course, that the employee is already at 10 unpaid minutes, then unfortunately I do not know where the blame lies here? Wherever I am, I'm out and I'm not coming anymore! Good luck to you!

Quiet hotel in residential area

Stayed one night on a business trip. Slightly outdated interior but clean. Did not get the room I booked but did also not complain about it. Breakfast is fine but nothing special. All in all good for a night. Parking is in a residential area so little difficult to get.

Nice hotel in the suburbs

The 4 * room very large, clean, AC, bathroom like new, king size bed, minibar, TV with lots of programs.
Hotel has 2 buildings: one is 3 stars, and the other 4 stars. Quiet street, in the suburb living area of villas, close to Godesburg and Haribo factory outlet Bonn
