Exceeded expectations

We were particularly pleased with the warm welcome of Mrs. Erbar.
The tastefully furnished balcony room with private bathroom, neat comfortable box spring bed with great reading light and Wi-Fi was awesome.
We really liked the rich Etageren breakfast with scrambled eggs/bacon, fresh pineapple, homemade strawberry shake and coffee until we waved it off. The honey produced by family was awesome!
Thanks to the up-to-date event and restaurant tips, we experienced a much too short ,wonderful time in the middle of Boppard, 5 minutes from the train station.
We were able to park our car safely in a free parking lot nearby.
Thanks to the included guest card, we were able to drive free of charge to St. Goar, Reinfels Castle or the German Corner in Koblenz.
We have already booked again for our next holiday at Pension Pauly!

Top-tier place to stay

This was the best place we stayed in our 5-week trip in Europe. The beds were the most comfortable we had anywhere.
The breakfast was wonderful, highly recommend adding that on. We used the Guest Tickets for the VRM network every day, and it saved money that way.
Walking to the train is fast and easy, but the tracks are far enough away that it is quiet and peaceful with the windows open.
The location was great. Boppard is perfect for biking and trains throughout the Rhein and Mosel valleys. We also caught the Nostalgic Route paddlewheel boat for our departure, which stops there in Boppard.

pleasant stay

Booked as a base for a short motorcycle tour. A lovingly and very attentively managed guesthouse, nothing was missing. Particularly noteworthy is the rich and beautifully presented breakfast. Recommended as an insider tip.

Quiet, comfortable, and centrally located guesthouse

Pension Pauly is a small guesthouse, about 5 minutes from the main train station in Boppard, 2 minutes from a Rewe supermarket, and 5 minutes from the banks of the Rhine. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Ms. Erbar was friendly, hospitable, and helpful. The guesthouse was an excellent starting point for many hikes in the area. The breakfast was a high-quality German breakfast with hard-boiled eggs, fried or scrambled eggs, and a selection of fruits like kiwi, pineapple, and cherries, and it was wonderful for starting a new day. One can eat outside on the balcony or on a very nice terrace, surrounded by a large garden. The breakfast room has a refrigerator with water, wine, and beer, which was very convenient after long day hikes. One only had to write down what was taken, and payment was made at the end.

FANTASTIC

I stayed at the beautiful guesthouse Pauly last week
And I have to say there was really nothing missing it was just everything perfect. Mega delicious breakfast a super comfy modern room
Just a dream really
A super great terrace and a nice balcony
On foot you are in 5 minutes walk in the city center
So it was another personal highlight for me at the end of the year and that is where I will spend my holiday more often in the future at Pension Pauly
