Rest!!!! Super relaxed, very nice and good-humored staff, very well maintained hotel, great food, buffet. We will come back!

Grotesque experience

Nice hotel, modern and with generally sweet and friendly staff. Breakfast is really good, lunch and dinner cards are minimal, 2 main dishes in all that did not change.
We had a really bad experience with an older man who acted as a marchal on the golf course, he managed to harass everyone on the field, totally grotesque, which totally destroyed our followers round.
This we took up with the hotel reception when we checked out, but was completely rejected.
We got the answer that they had nothing to do with golf, despite we both ordered and paid this to the hotel.
Very repulsive and in our opinion unprofessional handling from the hotel side.

Made a reservation and as I was travelling with a dog we made sure this was made aware of as the hotel allow pets according to hotels.com. Upon arrival we were told pets are not allowed. The hotel did t take any responsibility to arrange other solutions nor had decency to appologise. We even wrote them a letter afterwards to make them aware. They couldn’t be bothered to even reply to this. So please stay away from this establishment as they are unserious.

..... and absolutely experience for yourself.....
.....because the experience is really indescribable and dreamlike beautiful.....
.....and absolutely needs a repetition!!!!
